Psychomotor activities

Psychomotor activities help to develop a relationship with a child through specific games and spontaneous movement. In each psychomotor session we use a wide range of different materials and equipment, such as mats, balls, ropes, building blocks and cones.

A child who does not (yet) have the words and other means of communication, chooses and uses these materials to express its symbolic world and feelings. The professional guides and stimulates the child in its choice of materials and helps it to ‘say’ what it wants to say.

Psychomotor activities are particulary useful for shy and insecure children, helping them to improve their self confidence and communication skills. Click the bottom below for our programme and prices of both individual and group sessions.
